erifying registration of the CDO.dll file on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
To verify if the CDO.dll file is registered on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, complete the following steps:
- Click Start > Run.
- Type regedit and click OK.
- Verify whether the following registry key exists:
- For Windows 32-bit OS: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{3FA7DEB3-6438-101B-ACC1-00AA00423326}
- For Windows 64-bit OS: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{3FA7DEB3-6438-101B-ACC1-00AA00423326}
- If this registry key exists, the CDO.dll file is registered on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Note: If the CDO.dll file is not registered, see KB02937 for instructions on how to register it. If the CDO.dll file is registered, continue to the next section.
Verifying the location for a registered CDO.dll file
To verify the location for the registered CDO.dll file, complete the following steps:
- Double-click the folder for the registry key.
- Click the InprocServer32 folder.
- Check the path beside (Default), as shown below. This is the path of the registered CDO.dllfile.
